What a week it has been! In case you missed my facebook posts or didn’t make it to bootcamp Thursday night, you missed the story of four incredibly hard working clients of mine. Each one has a different backstory of what led them to me or finally got them started but, 4 weeks later they all have JAW DROPPING RESULTS!!
- Sam, a 42 year old man who has “gone to the gym and worked out” the majority of his adult life lost 1″ off his belly, over 2″ off his hips and love handles and dropped an awesome 2% bodyfat in only 3 short weeks!
- Jennifer, a 38 year old mom has lost 2-1/4″ off her belly, just over 1-1/2″ from her hips and butt and a physique changing 4.2% bodyfat since April 29th…that’s only 7 and a half weeks!
- Judy, a 42 year old mom of a teenager had never worked out in her life until 5 weeks ago. She decided to do this for herself and prove to her teenager and her husband that she was a strong woman. In just that short time I’ve watched a woman who struggle with even the simplest directions in her first few weeks, into a strong, confident and vibrant woman who love how she looks and feels. She has lost 9 pounds and an incredible, mind blowing 7-1/4% bodyfat!
Finally, this one brought me to tears (didn’t think that was possible during bootcamp?)
- Maria, a 42 year old mother who has literally never…EVER…worked out in her life has become the inspiration to many. No organized sports or little league, this was a completely new endeavor in her life. In just 5 weeks, she has lost 1/2″ off of each thigh, gained a crazy 7 pounds of lean muscle, lost an unbelievable 5% bodyfat and lost a crazy 8″ off of her waist!!
These 4 inspiring success stories would have never been possible without making that first phone call, email or registering on the bootcamp site.
