7.) We aren’t right for YOU…10 reasons your BS won’t fly with us

If you are the type of person who thinks they can out train a bad diet or you are blessed with amazing fat burning genetics, we are probably not for you.

If you are the type of person that likes to blame their old back, knee or shoulder for not working out, we are probably not for you.

If you enjoy spending endless hours on the treadmill, running, repeating the same mundane park bootcamp workout or doing the same machine circuit, we are not for you.

8.) Gain confidence and see results quicker in just one easy step

If I had a dollar for every time that someone told me that they are fat, I would be a rich man.

You see the thing is we all have fat on our bodies but that does not make us fat.

I have hair on my body, that doesn’t make me hair.

That is just a part of you just as much as all the other things that make up each individual person on this planet.

When it comes to health, knowing how much fat you are carrying around daily is extremely important to your success.

If I asked you right now how much fat you have on your body, do you know?

More likely than not, you do not. Why? muscle vs fat one pound weight loss

I bet you know how much you weigh on the scale. Am I right?

What goes into the weight that is on the scale? Bones, muscles, skin, organs, water, gravity and so much more plays into that dreaded number.

Out of all those things though, which makes you most unhealthy? Fat duh!

Now what if you took your undivided focus into burning as much fat as possible while ensuring that every other part of your body is healthy and nourished?

Wouldn’t that simplify things a bit?

What if your only focus was to feed your muscles and starve your fat?

The answer at the end of that question is your ultimate success.

F the scale.

F your friend or neighbors opinion.

F your doctor who says that your BMI is too high.

F anything that stands in your way!!

9.) 5 “quotes” to live by for better health, happiness and life

You need to hear this. It’s true.

You’ve probably said these before or maybe even offered them to help pick up or inspire a friend in need.

Quotes, sayings, cliches, mottos or  whatever you want to call them, you have heard these all before but have you ever listened to them?

“You have two ears and one mouth, so you should listen more and talk less” that isn’t one of the 5 quotes to live by but it’s a great place to start this message to you.

So why do I like quotes?

Well if you’re like me then you are constantly striving to improve yourself in the quest for happiness, success and love.

So when someone gives you criticism, whether it’s constructive or not, our first reaction as humans is to get defensive. It’s because it’s on someone else’s time, not your own. In your head you are already doing your best so any criticism derails you from your path.

But really, if someone was bold enough to tell you something to work on or offer advice to improve, you should listen!

With quotes, when you are looking for advice or direction, you can search for help you when are ready for it…on your time. Almost like a coach at your disposal to help pick you up, set you straight and get you back to moving in the right direction towards your ultimate potential and goals.

My Top Transformation of 2015…

I couldn’t be more proud writing this because I was lucky enough to be able to watch and witness this transformation first hand, day by day for almost an entire year.

I watched frustration of being “Hangry” (Hungry + Angry) over eating the same boring diet foods day after day.

I witnessed dedication and consistency at it’s highest level. No missed workouts, no missed meals, no missed protein shakes, no excuses.
