If you are the type of person who thinks they can out train a bad abs made in kitchendiet or you are blessed with amazing fat burning genetics, we are probably not for you. 

Whether it’s our now infamous 21 Day Flat Belly diet that helped recent Transformation Tuesday feature Richard Scilex lose over 20 pounds or the 28 Day Meltdown or our free virtual coaching meal plan that teaches you how to customize your own meal plans using MyFitnessPal, we are here to teach you how to eat properly.

We don’t teach fad diets and we don’t believe that it’ll just burn off on it’s own.

Each month I teach a free nutrition seminar to teach you how to use these meal plans to their maximum effectiveness.

2. Injury modifications

If you are the type of person that likes to blame their old back, knee or shoulder for not working out, we are probably not for you.

Each and every day I have injury modifications prepared for you so that you do not miss a beat in any workout. We teach you how to safely and effectively train around your injuries so that nothing holds you back from your goals this time.

4. No two workouts are the same

 If you like doing the same workout day after day, we are DEFINITELY not for you.

I have written a completely original workout, every day for over 4 years now. We keep your mind and your body guessing so that you look forward to (and slightly fear) every workout!

5. Measurements challenges

 If you don’t care how fast you lose fat and don’t like being accountable with your progress, we are not for you. 

Throughout the year, all bootcamp clients take place in either individual or group transformation challenges where we measure your body fat as well as all body parts to track your success. If you are not making progress you are wasting time!

6. Personal/family style atmosphere

Over 80% of our clients have been with us for over 6 months and some people have been with us since the beginning almost 4 years ago. Everyone is there to help reach back and support the next person through the door. We are all there for one purpose… to better ourselves.

7. At home workout make ups

If you like to use the excuse of staying home to watch the kids or because you can’t leave the house, we are not for you.

At home workouts are provided every single day for any client who cannot make it to boot camp. We are there for you every step of the way and that even includes when you are not with us.

If there is an exercise we are doing that requires equipment that you do not have, I will provide alternative exercises for you to do.

8. Walking billboards from past and current bootcampers

If you do not like working out next to people that started in the same place that you are but are now leaner, stronger and more energized than when they started, this is not the place for you.

Everyone that has started our program has begun as a beginner. We have not had any athletes or fitness stand out start with us. All the success stories you see are people who have walked the path before you, have sweat through endless workouts, felt the soreness you feel and know exactly what you are going through. They are rooting for you to make it and helping you with tips that helped them get through. Excuses-2

9. Structured and Effective workouts

If you enjoy spending endless hours on the treadmill, running, repeating the same mundane park bootcamp workout or doing the same machine circuit, we are not for you.

I have been doing this for almost 13 years, worked with over 1,100 clients, instructed over 3,500 bootcamp workouts and I have learned what works best both safely and effectively for you to burn the most amount of fat and build the most amount of lean muscle in the shortest workouts possible. Our 30 minute workouts challenge you physically, mentally, cardiovascularly and muscularly ever single second.

I also have extreme ADD so I love to keep things fresh, high energy and motivating…I hate silence and I hate boring workouts! (SQUIRREL) 🙂

10. Constant support anytime of day

If you like doing your own research, answering your own questions and being your own coach, we are not for you!bad-diet-2

Our clients get our cell phone number, our direct line of communication on the first day they show up to our facility. Without support, you’re stuck doing the same thing you’ve always done to get you to the point where you are today…out of shape, tired and frustrated.

Have a question about a supplement or grocery store item? Snap a pic of the label and send it over to me. You’ll have my approval or suggested alternative generally within minutes.

Have a question about a tweak, strain or sprain? Send me a text and I’ll shoot you over stretches and suggestions right away.

Lacking motivation or need accountability? I send you multiple emails and texts each week to keep you focused and on track.
