When does it start?
The program all starts on Monday May 18th.
The 21 Day Flat Belly Jumpstart program manual including everything you need to be successful will be sent to your email inbox on Wednesday May 13th so you can grocery shop, meal prep and get ready mentally.
Measurements will be taken after each bootcamp session on Tuesday May 19th.
