I had just had enough.
I went to my primary doctor with concerns of lack of energy and weight gain. He ran tests and prescribed medications.
A few months later, no changes.
My doctor said I needed to accept the fact that as you age, it gets harder to lose weight.
I was pissed.
I have done the Breast Cancer 3 day walk 13 times (and raised over $30,000.00). I have made a difference. That’s 60 miles in 3 days. Some years it was back to back weekends.
I thought “I should not be getting fat. And I was gaining.”
I had checked into Livefit twice before, but it wasn’t for me.
I was convinced I was too old to keep up. Then I saw a Facebook friend was going at 6am each day, so I joined her.
LiveFit cut out every excuse I had.
My first goal was to do a regular sit up. Each day the trainers gave me modifications so I could build up my strength. It took many weeks, but it happened.
And then the burpees… I still don’t like them but I can do them now!
I have never looked back.
As afraid as I was to start bootcamp, I am seeing change for the first time in years. I had been a gym member forever with no results.
If I can do it, anyone can. Just one small change at a time. It works!

Start NOW and attend as many instructed 1/2 hour bootcamp sessions as you’d like for 2 weeks for FREE!
Beginners are encouraged to attend either our 8:30am or 4:45pm or 7pm beginner sessions initially until you’re acclimated and ready for a greater challenge. Please arrive 15 minutes early you first day.
After your first session you can attend as many workouts as you’d like, anyday, anytime!
