Only a tiny loss this week.  I know some people think that a few inches is quite significant, but it’s not quite what I need to lose per week so I’m a little behind at the moment.  Hopefully if I do a few extra high intensity cardio sessions it might be better next week.

This week has been a long one.  Training has been hard work. I am on low carbs, I am pretty tired at the moment, so it makes getting some “up and go” even harder if the person you are naturally is well…not a morning person.  I’ve really just got to put on my determined hat and plow through it; some days are harder than others, especially when life is manic too!

So, looking at the highlights; a loss is a loss no matter how small, some aren’t losing at all or are gaining, so I should be grateful. I’ve had some company on some of my training and cardio sessions that is always a good thing. I’ve got an iPod; I just don’t always remember it. It’s amazing how music gets you pumped.

Lows? I’ve been hungry, not so hungry, then constantly hungry… so frustrating. Training with stomach issues has been difficult, especially with the strict diet and having to eat a good amount of protein to make progress. Muscles need to eat.

Anyway … a few short weeks to go … I’m scared and excited, but mostly scared!
