I have always been a driven and motivated person but sometimes that isn’t enough. Sometimes talent is your greatest weakness because you don’t know how to harness it.

All my greatest successes have always come when working with a coach…

In baseball I had one of the greatest coaches ever named coach Larry Beets who help refine my skills, push me to limits and molded the work ethic I have today.

In bodybuilding I never achieved the level of conditioning or placed as high as I wanted to until working with my coach Deb Callahan.
