Well, where do I start or how do I start with my transformation???
My sister and brother in-law started a bootcamp in the back yard of chiropractor office they worked at and both my mom and brother joined in on the fun!
I was intrigued but just had a baby. So I felt the mommy extra pounds and still breast feeding, yada yada.. “There was no way I was going to be able to join.”
SO as time went on bootcamp got bigger and built up this camaraderie thing they were ALWAYS talking about ‘bootcamp this and bootcamp that…’
I just did not feel I would be able to been apart of.. so STUPID on my part.
I have always played sports and done outdoor activities, I run races and worked out at home.
I had lost most of my baby weight and was able to do the races at a pretty good time. I would put on my at home work outs and do them in the living room whenever I could.
Thinking I got this, I don’t need to join boot camp. I have a family of 5 and work and can just work out on my own time.
WOW was I WRONG. I had no idea that I truly was shorting myself on such a great thing!!!
When I worked out at home like many of us, we do what we think we can do.. we don’t TRULY push ourselves. I always considered myself to be self motivated and strong… I had no idea how much I was wrong…
The first night I went to boot camp I could barely keep up!
I couldn’t cheat, I had to keep going at the pace that was set for me!!
I did not realize how much I need people around me to keep me going. I need to be pushed to have someone in my face saying you got more, you can go faster, you can do this……. !!!!!
I love it! I love being able to finally do not just 1 military push up but 20 now!!!! I can lift more weight then I ever thought was possible! I have truly become strong..and I needed bootcamp for this.
I have accomplished a major goal in my life. After every race I have always watched and been in envy of the people that get up on a stage and have their name called because they worked their ass off and placed in the top 3. I said to myself that will be me someday..
A few years ago I came in 4th, then the next year i dropped to 11th!!!! WHAT??
This is where I didn’t know that I needed bootcamp!
Since I have joined bootcamp I have completed 3 races, all doing better each time…
This last race I actually trained, ate and prepared myself for. It paid off.
I was ready, I was focused and I placed 1st in my age category!!! I got up on that stage and was given a big shiny 1st place metal!
This metal to me was not just representing first place, it was awarding me for ALL the bootcamp sessions that kicked my ass, for saying no to beers and ice-cream!
For saying no to negative thoughts and to believing in the process and the “Yes I can do this attitude”.
For making friends and having them in my head as I want to give up, but did not because they are supporting me!
It has not just been a physical thing for me either. It has been such an emotional change for me as well.
I truly love bootcamp and all the supportive people that are there.
Everyday there are tons of smiling faces who have the same goal as me, to work on a better lifestyle.
So to anyone that is thinking about joining bootcamp or thinking of quitting, or any doubt in their head… I’ve been there, don’t miss out on this!!
I can honestly say that besides my family this has been the best thing ever for me!
I feel thankful and so happy everyday that I belong to this incredible bootcamp!
I was happy before I joined, I am even happier now!
As corny as this sounds- I feel complete!

Start NOW and attend as many instructed 1/2 hour bootcamp sessions as you’d like for 2 weeks for FREE!
Beginners are encouraged to attend either our 8:30am or 4:45pm or 7pm beginner sessions initially until you’re acclimated and ready for a greater challenge. Please arrive 15 minutes early you first day.
After your first session you can attend as many workouts as you’d like, anyday, anytime!
