Q- Did you workout anywhere prior to starting with us?
A- I tried working out at various places but couldn’t find a place I liked…
Until I found LiveFit.
Q- What visual changes have you noticed?
A- I started at 253 and down to 224, and down from a 42 pant size to a 36 in a period of 6 months.
Q- What physical changes have you noticed?
A- I can now jump higher, run faster and am more agile in my daily life routines.
Q- What has kept you motivated to push forward to the results you’ve seen so far?
A- I remember Derek posted a quote that said “You’re Going to Want to Quit. Don’t.” I took that and ran with it and used it as my mantra every day
Q- What is your next goal you’d like to reach?
A- My future goals are to keep up with my routine and be more consistent. That shouldn’t be hard because of the awesome encouragement I get from my trainers and friends at LiveFit.
Who is your bootcamp for?
