I have always done the gym, but I noticed over the last three years that even with the gym workouts my weight was increasing.

I was not happy with the way I looked, even though people said I looked great. I knew that for me my weight was not where I wanted it to be.

I would see the “Two Weeks for 1 Dollar” pop up on my news feed. I thought, ” just go for it, what do you have to lose”?!  Hopefully the weight lol!

That’s how I started, December 28th was my first day. I thought it can’t be too bad I go to the gym, boy was I wrong!! I couldn’t even do a push up, I did the worm!

From that first day I knew I would come back.

I got home and told my husband how great my first day at bootcamp was.

My first victory was about three weeks in and I could do a push up, not the worm!

Next I wanted to do Personal Training. I have now done PT with Sara, Jt and even one with Rich, yes Rich lol!!

Now 7 months in I can’t wait to see where I will be by my first year.

I love my bootcamp, a real no judgment place that you can come to workout, make friends and get great support from the trainers.

If you’re not sure and still on the fence about your well being all I can say is just do it, you won’t regret it. I know I don’t.

I may not be a size 2 but I know I am stronger than I was 7 months ago and I can only improve!
