My transformation started the beginning of this year, my motive was my cousin’s wedding this past May.

I was disgusted with myself and wanted to look good in the pictures from my trip.

My best friend Kristy and I started going to the gym and we made some progress.

The wedding came and went and I made some progress, but still was not where I wanted to be. We decided we were bored with our gym workout.

Kristy was friends with a bootcamper  Jossie,  and saw she was enjoying it and getting results so she convinced me to try it!

When I returned from the wedding we started.

My God the first few days I was convinced I was going to die! Everything was a struggle and I realized how much out of shape I was!

Derek would demonstrate exercises and I would look at him with panic and confusion thinking I could never do those things!

Thankfully he made me feel so comfortable with my attempts and was nothing but encouraging so he did not scare me away.

The second week of my $1 trial was the beginning of a challenge so I figured I would stick it out and see how it went.

The end of the challenge I was one of the top ten finishers I had gained 14 pounds of muscle and lost 13 pounds of fat and my team Transformation won!

The night of the results a lot of the bootcampers went out and I had a great time with everyone and that’s when I started to feel like we were all family.

As time went on things started to get a little easier for me and my stamina went up.

I started to feel good about myself and more comfortable with my body bought my first pair of shorts since high school.

Everyone around me also started to see the change in my attitude and body as well and that feels great too!

I wake up happy everyday ready to take on whatever challenge life gives me with a smile on my face!

I have lost 10% of my body fat since starting bootcamp.

To reach my ultimate goal I still need to lose lose 30 more pounds but with bootcamp I feel like I’m set up for success.

The best part of bootcamp for me is that I get to enjoy my journey with my best friend Kristy!

We always push each other and build each other up when were down which we try to do for everyone in the bootcamp family.

I am always asked about bootcamp and people are always so quick to say “I Can’t do that”, but the truth is anyone can!

Everyday you can only get better and better, you just have to try that is all it takes.

I have tried other things in the past for my weight and nothing has been more life changing, fun, and motivating like LiveFit bootcamp.

I think what makes it work is you are taken out of your comfort zone which you have to do or you will never get the results you are looking for; at the end of the day you can achieve things you never thought you could.

My advice would be to try…and it might be the best thing you ever did for yourself like it was for me.
