I’ve been going to LiveFit for 7 months now and I am strictly a client, but results speak for themselves and I have no problem supporting something that has 100% worked for me.


Here’s what I have to say:

The definition of insanity: “doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”

Going to a regular boring gym doesn’t work for everyone. In fact, I bet it hardly works for anyone who doesn’t know what the heck they’re doing in there. Someone like me. You can run on a treadmill all day long, but eventually you will get tired of doing just that.

You know the old saying, “different strokes for different folks”? Yea well, no one thing works for everyone.

I’ve been that person to try just about everything there is in order to lose weight.

Turns out I just needed more guidance and help than just walking into a gym with a deer in the headlights look not having a clue what to do and being intimidated to touch the weight rack because all the guys are there.

That just doesn’t work for me.

I wanted to find a gym I could have fun, meet amazing people, feel secure, have support, and lose this weight.
