I joined LiveFit Boot Camp on a recommendation from a friend and the need to have a change in my workout routine.
I had no idea what to expect other than a workout.
Since joining, I cannot express how wonderful LiveFit has been for me.
Turning 55 was tough for me, but I never in a million year thought I would feel and look the way I do at my age.
In a short time period, I am seeing great results I was always looking for that I could not have achieved on my own.
By attending LiveFit 5 to 6 times a week and eating right, I was able to lose over 10 pounds and 10 inches. I even decreased my body fat that I NEVER thought I could loose.
My goal is to continue eating right. I would also like to start running more.

If I had to pick a client that inspires me most it would be April Ames. The fire in her eyes, the passion she shows, and how she brings her A game every time is just inspirational.
What I would tell someone who is hesitant to start would to be take a time out for yourself. Never say you can’t do it. We focus so much on work and family and we forget about us.
Its so important to take care of our bodies and health, we cant forget that.
LiveFit has definitely become an important part of my workout and my life.
All of trainers have done a great job combining the right exercises and environment to achieve maximum results.
I recommend LiveFit to everyone interested in seeing benefits from a great, fun workout.
I could not be more pleased with what I got out of boot camp!
