What was the turning point that made you join Live Fit and start your transformation story?
In December I hit over 200 pounds.
I gained 40 working my desk job distributing bartending ingredients. Every time I got close to 200 I changed and tried to do something different.
Is this your first attempt at working out?
I’ve tried and failed so many times its funny. I think I’ve failed Planet Fitness 20 times.
What was different this time around?
I’ve tried and failed so much my significant other (Elliot) bet me I wouldn’t stick with it.
He said he’d start to go to bootcamp if I made it past 30 days. I started around New Years, Jan 11th I think.
He’s now on month 5… I proved him wrong!
What would you tell someone else who was in your same situation?
Joining Live Fit Bootcamp was the best thing I have ever done.
I am so much stronger. I’m also getting so much attention now on how good I look. People who I haven’t seen in a long time have really noticed!
What are the biggest changes you have noticed?
Since the middle of January I have lost over 16 pounds of fat, 2 inches from my belly, 2 inches from my hips and 7% body fat.
My mood, confidence, everything is different and amazing!!!
