Are you prepared to be successful?

They say luck is where preparation meets opportunity but, I think “Success is when preparation meets opportunity”.

I’ve worked hard, prepared, trained, educated myself, planned and visualized every big accomplishment in my life.

It’s the only way I know how to get stuff done.

Is it still possible to fail? Hell yes it is but, I’d rather fail moving forward than not trying at all.

So, if you have not been losing weight, gaining lean muscle or losing that stubborn belly fat around and bellow your belly button ask yourself: Can you said you’ve done everything to prepare for your opportunity for success?

Have you planned out tomorrow’s day yet?

Have you set up a time that you will workout tomorrow?

Have you planned out a time that you will take 15 minutes to sit in silence, reflect and destress?

Have you decided what you are going to eat tomorrow?

Have you packed your meals?

Have you mixed up your protein shake for the morning so you can grab and go?

If you just realized that you are not prepared to be successful, don’t stress yet…There is hope for you I promise!!
