This team challenge represents just a minor segment of each persons overall fitness journey.
The greatest gain during these challenges is the accountability, loyalty and unity of the team. Each person makes new friends and new workout partners during each team challenge. These forged alliances are essential in your continued success to lose weight, build muscle and increase your confidence.
Statistics prove that the person you start your fitness journey will not be the person you finish your fitness journey with.
Why?
Because it’s YOUR fitness journey. It’s YOUR path to a tighter, leaner and stronger body.
It’s important to remember that because sometimes we base our success and happiness on others but, you have to take care of YOU first!
Only once you become your best can you help someone become their best.
But…when placed into a team environment, one persons strength is another persons weakness. As a unit each individual becomes stronger both mentally and physically. Confidence soars to a new level because you know that someone is there to catch you when you fall.
Successful people build each other up to be their strongest.
At the end of this 5 week challenge, EVERYBODY came out stronger, more confident and more committed to themselves, their success and their happiness.
Raise your expectations and demand more…YOU can do it!
Committed to your fitness success,
Derek Kuryliw, Fitness & Nutrition Coach
