This 21 Day Nutrition and Accountability Challenge will be all about YOU.

Best of all, I will be there to help guide you, troubleshoot and answer ALL your questions every step of the way to ensure your success.

There will be NO dieting.

Just simple, easy to follow daily goals to accomplish. Your goals will focus on healthy eating habits like drinking more water, and eating metabolism boosting proteins, fruits and vegetables.

Each day you’ll have 3 exercises to do on your own at home, at our bootcamp gym or any where in the world.

On day 1 this will take you less than 5 minutes but by the end of your 21 days you’ll be up to almost 15 minutes…

That’s it, you just gotta do the work!

On day 21 we’ll all meet up for a GIANT 1 hour workout together with everyone that completed the 21 Day Nutrition and Accountability Challenge.

There will be a workout at 9am and 6pm Thanksgiving Eve to celebrate your success.

Even if you can’t make it to the final workout, it’ll be posted online for you to make-up or do on your own!
