Getting in shape and committing to a healthy lifestyle is about more than just where you workout, or what equipment you use.
It’s about a dedicated consistent effort to trying to achieve your healthiest outcomes for the long term…safely.
You DON’T have to be fancy, you just need to move your body more and eat less garbage.
You HAVE TO do it because you love yourself and you want the best life for you, your family and your legacy.
You DON’T have to restrict yourself with crazy diets or punish yourself with crazy workouts.
If you plan to live a long time, you NEED a plan that last a long time.
Anyone can push hard for a week or a 30 day quick fix and then fizzle out when real life hits, or the excitement fades.
Those people are continuously punishing their bodies and hating their results.
Their body hates them back and makes it tougher and tougher to lose weight because the body is starving and malnourished.
When the body is fueled properly and exercised regularly, it will do it’s job.
Stop looking for shortcuts, stop looking for gimmicks and start looking towards consistency.
Do it because you love yourself and treat your body like it!
