Your first hour will be a combination of leg and abdominal exercises to shape and sculpt your legs as well as push your abs to the limit!
In the second hour we will challenge your upper body with a variety of new exercises, unique lifts and other surprises.
The third hour will be all about pumping and toning your biceps, triceps and shoulders… aka The Guns!
Scared you can’t do this because of your ability level or injury limitations? These retreats are for anyone looking to challenge themselves and push their own personal limits.
You’ll never be asked to do something you are uncomfortable with and we will always have modifications for you every step of the way, just like our daily bootcamp workouts.
