So what happens when you travel or go on vacation?

Does progress and gains go out the window or do you stay on track?

Are you the miserable person on the trip that needs special exceptions for restaurant choices because of your ‘diet’?

Or are you the person that doesn’t make excuses for your results and takes accountability for your success?

For me, progress can never be stopped. You either are improving or you’re getting worse, there is no in between.

The world is moving fast all around us and if we don’t keep up, adapt and overcome it will pass us by.

So when my wife and I saw the upcoming contest season approaching knowing that we would be out of town for several weekends each month supporting our clients. We wanted to make it a priority to go see my brother, sister-in-law and 2 year old nephew who had just moved to Atlanta before our schedule got too crazy.

What only a few people know is that I am preparing myself for the upcoming bodybuilding season as well.

So to help our clients, vacationers and business travelers we wanted to document our trip and show how we prepare and plan for success while we are away from home.

You’ll see how many meals and what types of choices we make for traveling convenience.

You will see how I exercised on our trip and lost only one pound get my wife exercised only in her sleep and lost 4 pounds in the four days we were away!

You will hear us talking about eating pizza, drinking martinis, buying Starbucks lattes all without sacrificing our progress and sabotaging the hard work we have put in to get this far.

Life is about balance and I feel you will see a beautiful balance of discipline, planning and spontaneity all come together!
