You want results and you want them quickly, I get that.

If you’re not seeing them quick enough, you need to look at where your weaknesses lie.

For most of us we start the day off great, ready to tackle our goals. But, as each day goes on we are faced with the distractions, obstacles and challenges that can either make us or break us. 5-truths-about-fat-burners_a

Think about your food choices for a minute. When do you make the biggest mistakes?

Is it in the morning while you were having your coffee and (cereal, Greek yogurt or protein shake)?

Or is it late night after a long day of work, maybe after a workout or kid’s event and nothing is ready for you in the fridge when you get home?

So what do you do? Do you pull into that infamous drive thru and try to order the best thing on the menu?

Or since you are already going through a drive thru, do you just throw all the chips on the table and get whatever you feel like getting at that time?

Convenience can be your best friend or your worst enemy. Unfortunately most of the food choices that are available quickly and readily are not the most healthiest of options.

Foods laced with sugar, artificial sweeteners, preservatives, MSG, grains, gluten and all sorts of other types of addictive food items are the easiest of choices.

But, these are the choices that are causing your biggest problems…

Overweight, unmotivated, tired, total body fatigue, sore joints and muscles are among the variety of things can be caused by the ingredients above.

So what can you do instead? If you have been to any of my nutrition seminars and learned about food planning and preparation then you know the correct answer already!

But if you are like most of us, myself included, meal prepping sometimes isn’t always the best option either.

Most days I work extremely crazy hours starting as early as 4 a.m. and ending into the early hours of the next morning. There are weekends when we do not even make it to the grocery store so food preparation is not an option.

Do I throw in the towel and just give up on those weeks? Hell no!

I have to set an example for all of my clients, blog subscribers and Facebook followers all over the country.

A little over a month ago I was lucky to cross paths with a new local company called Fresh Choice Foods.

After several conversations with the owner and learning his own story about how he got started and why he got started, I was sold.

You see, I always preach that you need to surround yourself with people that are better than you, influential, positive minded and good hearted.

So when I met Chris, the owner of Fresh Choice Foods, and learn that he himself has lost over 70 pounds through preparing his own meals and working out at his local CrossFit gym, I knew he was the right fit for myself and my trusted clients.

Chris’s peers at his own gym were so impressed by his own results and motivated by the possibilities of making their own transformation like he did, they started asking him to prepare meals for them.

It started small initially with just a couple of people and now has grown to over 300 meals weekly that he prepares for people with every type of job, living situation, budget, goals, etc…

He has turned his goals and passion into an entrepreneurial American dream.

Officially two weeks ago after partnering up with our LiveFit community Chris left his full time job to invest 100% in himself, his business and our clients!

We now meet on a regular basis to come up with creative meal ideas, easy ways to text and email your orders, and we are now working on packages for every type of schedule, person and budget.

5 times in the last two weeks I have come home after 9 o’clock from work. Usually on those nights I would have stopped at Wawa for a salad or picked up a rotisserie chicken at Publix. This easily cost 15 to $20 each time depending on what we add on as a drink, salad and side item.

Instead I have now come home to delicious meals like chicken teriyaki with quinoa fried rice, barbacoa beef with spicy quinoa, zucchini noodles with sugar free marinara and meatballs and so many other cool new items on the way.

It literally takes two and a half minutes to heat up and prepare dinner now!

No excuses, just solutions.
