No matter what this year threw at you, I’m pretty sure it was something out of the norm and brought you additional challenges that you were not expecting.

If you fell of track with your health and fitness, it’s understandable.BUT it’s not forgivable!!!

And I don’t mean forgivable by you or me, I mean your body is UNFORGIVING.Your body is unaware of a pandemic or gym shutdowns.

➡ stretch daily 
➡ move more often w/ purpose 
➡ fuel your muscles properly
