Happy Monday and I hope you’re ready for a lightning fast next 3 days because Thanksgiving will be here before you know it!

I wanted to start your week off with a simple tip/lesson that will help to set your focus and intentions properly for the final 36 days of 2019.

(X) You will NOT get fat by having a big Thanksgiving meal.

(X) You will NOT get fat by having Christmas cookies.

(X) You will NOT get fat from egg nog or peppermint mocha lattes.

You see it’s super easy this time of year to pass blame onto exterior factors on why you will gain weight.

But what people fail to realize is that if your habits the other 48 weeks of the year were garbage, then your final 4 weeks of the year will likely be even worse!

The #1 cause of your weight gain is NOT LEARNING enough about food.

If you knew how to properly count macros (proteins, carbs, fats) and you knew the proper time to enjoy these indulgences in during the day, you’d be fine!

Instead what happens though since most people have a horrible understanding and relationship with food, is that as soon as you start eating these sweet treats you let the rest of your good habits go out the window.

You let one bad meal become two and three then four, which spirals into an entire month of destruction instead of enjoyment.

But, what if you could eat all these yummy holiday favorites and not gain any weight? Or what if you could actually lose weight during the final 5 weeks of the year?

It might sound like a fantasy, but it’s actually reality.
