What did you learn from this program? 
It’s not as complicated as I thought & definitely able to maintain as part of everyday life. To be patient & trust. Learned a lot about different foods & how to enjoy them within reason.

Accountability & support!! it was the 1st time I ever kept true track of my food. If I had a question I had a response in a manner that I could understand.
Why (or why not) did you find this program valuable? 
Knowledge is something nobody can take from you. I feel I was given the tools to be able to maintain my health goals.

What did you learn from this program?
That drinking enough water daily is a MUST. I didn’t realize how much water my body retains each day. MyFitnessPal was a game changer as well. I had no idea how many carbs were in foods I ate before. I actually thought I was eating healthy before and just thought I needed to exercise more.
I love ALL the trainers. Their motivation was a biggie for me. The encouragement you and your trainers give is life changing for me. Thank you all!
Do you believe the strategies taught in this program are maintainable?
Yes, it just takes some time and effort. For me it was a change in my thought process each day. Now I think about what can I do today to get my body moving versus just sitting on my ass dwelling on the things I can’t change.
What made this program different than any other program you have done at LiveFit or perviously in your life? 
I’ve never been in a program like yours. I’ve joined gyms in the past. My experience at other gyms has been that nobody has ever contacted me after I sign up. That doesn’t work for me…..lol.
Why (or why not) did you find this program valuable?
The personalization you and your trainers provide is above & beyond. You all get to know your clients to see how best to assist each individual. You all are so AWESOME. Thank you!

What did you learn from this program? List any and and as many things that you can remember. 
1. When you count macros you eat better than when you count calories. It’s surprising how much you can actually eat once you understand it. 2. To build muscle you need a lot of protein. Much more than many of us eat daily. 3. Eat carbohydrates earlier in the day and avoid them later. 4. Potatoes and rice are your friend when counting macros.
What made this program different than any other program you have done at LiveFit or perviously in your life?
The knowledge and support from Derek. I really enjoy the workouts he writes. They are far different from weekly bootcamp. I have always been interested in health and fitness and seeing what I am capable of achieving. With the support from Derek and all the trainers from LiveFit you can achieve your goals.

Yes they are maintainable, because this is not a diet it’s a lifestyle. Just making healthy choices and exercise

I’ve never worked with a personal trainer and having access to all of the knowledge in LiveFit University is priceless to someone seeking answers, recipes, food options and motivation!

The program is valuable because it took a team to get me on the right track to my fitness journey.

Do you believe the strategies taught in this program are maintainable? Why or why not? 

Yes! I didn’t do this as a cram diet or challenge. I tried to make myself do it in a crazy time of year to learn these strategies as a way of life! I have a super crazy life with work, kids, friends… I workout everyday and wanted to figure out what was keeping me from losing weight!

Why (or why not) did you find this program valuable? 

The attention you receive on a daily basis to learn what you personally need for your body helped to teach me what my body needs!

What made this program different than any other program you have done at LiveFit or perviously in your life? 
The accessibility of coaches. I was told before I wasn’t eating enough, but no one ever explained what that actually meant and why hitting protein levels mattered. I had the puzzle but this piece was always missing. Now it’s up to me to keep the puzzle together plus I know if I hit a road block you guys are there to help me over it.
Why (or why not) did you find this program valuable? 
It gave me the push I needed to get going again. Everyone is soooo supportive and kind and knowledgeable. I never feel uncomfortable or embarrassed to ask any questions and I’ve lost 19 pounds!

What did you learn from this program? List any and and as many things that you can remember. 
Tracking macros is not as hard as it sounds. It’s amazing how much better I feel with making a few changes to my diet, No drastic changes. Eating the right thing when my body will benefit from it the most. Most of all, I am worth it!!
Do you believe the strategies taught in this program are maintainable? Why or why not? 
Absolutely, I didn’t make any drastic changes and have found simple ways to adjust my diet to fit my likes. I am still able to enjoy an off meal once in awhile and not feel like I have completely derailed my progress.
What made this program different than any other program you have done at LiveFit or perviously in your life?
Thinking I was doing just fine but constantly finding myself back in the same rut had me frustrated. Honestly, the fact that I had to pay for this program separately from bootcamp made a big difference. I told myself I am worth it and I am. I have learned so much about myself and what I can accomplish. I accomplished a goal I have been trying to achieve for years and believe I have the tools to maintain this goal.
Why (or why not) did you find this program valuable?
Coaching and accountability was incredible. I never could have done it alone, well because I hadn’t already, and am so thankful for the support from Derek and the other participants. The support and daily encouragement was something I never thought I needed until I had it. Totally worth every penny and more.

Not to stress so much about MyFitnessPal and that consistency clearly does pay off.
Do you believe the strategies taught in this program are maintainable? Why or why not? 
Yes! What’s great is this isn’t just a one or  two week program. It’s 8 weeks! Enough time to start a new habit and learn something that you felt stressed about at the beginning and then it into a daily routine.
What made this program different than any other program you have done at LiveFit or perviously in your life?
The daily check ins hold you accountable if that’s something you struggle with. Also sending your scale screenshots… the scale doesn’t lie and your coaches help you through your struggles!
