I hope you are not one of “those” people who keep saying how bad 2019 was, and how 2020 will be so much better. NO IT WON’T!!!
At least not if YOU don’t change anything.
Too often people think change will happen without change. Or they wonder why they “always have bad luck” when in reality they’ve never changed their habits and rituals that lead to those outcomes.
Until you make changes, you will not make changes.
(read that over and over)
So if you want 2020 to be the best year of your life and you want to make major transformations in your fitness, health, relationships, career or anything ….what needs to change?
Is it your schedule?
Is it your priorities?
Is it your shopping day?
Is it your job?
Is it your injuries?
Is it your insecurities?
Only you know for sure what’s holding you back, and only you know for sure what roadblocks need to be removed from your life.
Take time to reflect, admit what needs to change, and start listing out ways to overcome that #1 thing. If it is a new struggle or challenge that you need help with, text me or reply back. I’m ALWAYS happy to help!
Otherwise, don’t expect change to just happen.
That’s called luck, and luck eventually runs out. Instead, let’s face our issues head-on and create strategies to overcome everything in your way!
