One thing that always blows my mind is how clients put so much stock into numbers that most of the time they really don’t understand.

So today’s topic is “Analyzing YOUR Measurements!”

I had a perfect situation and opportunity to show you real life numbers and statistics of a very successful client during her first 4 weeks with us…

4 week case study:

==> down -6 pounds
==> -3″ off belly
==> -.75″ off thigh
==> up +.2% body fat (this is the confusing stat)

So how could all of these measurements go down, yet her body fat % virtually stayed the same? The answer is a little easier to explain with video or audio so I’ve made both available to you here ⤵️

The example I give I’ve never used before, but in a nutshell…

If you have a pound of 80/20 beef and lose 4 ounces, it’ll still be 80/20 beef. It’ll just be 12 ounces instead of 16 ounces.

Where people go wrong and why so many people are unsatisfied with their results when relying solely on diet and cardio is because they don’t get leaner, they just get smaller.

The same areas jiggle. The same areas have cellulite.

The only way to get leaner is to lose body fat and add lean muscle.
