Tomorrow could be the day you start drinking 8 ounces of water ever hour at work so you can have better skin, more energy and better digestion.
Tomorrow could be the day you pack a gym bag with shoes, socks, pants, underwear, sports bra, tank, towel, deodorant, hair tie and hit the gym on your way home after work.
Tomorrow could be the day that you have an extra servings of veggies at dinner, and half the serving of starches.
Tomorrow might be the day you grab a leash and your dog to go for a walk after dinner have family time, improve your digestion and avoid extra snacking.
Tomorrow could be your day. Don’t fight it.
We can ALL get healthier.
NO ONE is asking how they can get into worse shape.
EVERYONE can do something to get in better shape.
The formula is simple: put healthier things into your body, and move your body more.
MY OPINION & EXPERIENCE: If you have fun in the process, feel supported by your peers and have accountability from coaches then you are even more likely to have success.
Just like an athlete we all need a plan, support and guidance.
It’s your way of shortening the pain cycle and learning curve.
