I have always been inspired by my sister Paula, my hero if you will. Her workout routine always had me kind of jealous. There was no way I was going to do what she does.
What made me decide to join boot camp was my friend Debbie Rish. She also inspires me to always become a better person.
I was scared to death the first day I went to LiveFit.
I couldn’t really do too many things. I worried about feeling awkward and out-of-place.
I remember having to flip a tire the first day. Impossible I thought. I couldn’t even move it!
But as time went on I got better and better.
Not only did I motivate myself, but with the help of my friend Debbie and all the others in my 6 a.m. bootcampers, we all inspire each other!
I owe most of this to Derek, Rolo, Rich and Kirsten…the amazing team leaders who are superior in their skills, leadership and patience.
My goal was to lose about 20 pounds and tone total body. I have accomplished that!
I have been coming to LiveFit for a year now and I wouldn’t give it up for anything. Sometimes it’s a struggle to get up 5 days a week but once I’m there, I go home with such a feeling of accomplishment.
I have learned so much about eating right. Beyond just the support at the workouts, Derek’s nutritional seminars are amazing!
I never thought I could do this. Believe me!
If you feel the same way you will change your mind once you start. You will not believe how good you feel total body, mind, heart and soul.
It’s incredible now when I see the big tires laid out. I am not intimidated by them and I can flip them now with no problem. Or just how much my endurance has improved.
So now I start everyday with boot camp and it makes me forget for a times of all the stress I may have in my life.
Simply put it’s like a daily dose of the best vitamin in the world!
Just decide and do it surround yourself with those that love and inspire you and forget the rest.
I was not sure about sharing this last part but Derek encouraged me too in case there are others who are in the same position I was in…
Being around people who do not inspire you is painful. It has caused me to divorce my husband whom wasn’t supporting me and was suspicious of my bettering myself. We need each others support, and I get that when I am here at LiveFit Bootcamp!

Beginners are encouraged to attend either our beginner sessions initially until you’re acclimated and ready for a greater challenge.
Please arrive 15 minutes early your first day.
After your first session you can attend as many workouts as you’d like, anyday, anytime!
