Being the jack of all trades, but master of none won’t get you too far when it comes to fitness and weight loss.

Sure you might know a little about eating healthy, you also know some of the best exercises to burn fat, and you even dabble in a little cardio here and there…

But if you do not commit to 1 thing, consistently and deliberately, for an extended period of time you will NEVER reach your full potential.

Want to improve your cardio? Focus on walking, jogging, running, biking or rowing 4-5x per week until you’re consistently reaching 20-30 minutes with more ease.

Want to burn more fat? Focus on your nutrition to ensure you are fueling your body properly, providing enough protein to heat up the fire and hydrating yourself so your digestion is optimal.

Want to improve a stubborn body part? Focus on finishing every workout with a high repetition exercise of 100 reps or more to start chipping away like a sculptor.

Want to see more abs or muscle definition? As long as the above tips are achieved, start adding in high intensity ab exercises for 100+ reps after every workout.

The key to no matter what you choose is to commit to it for an extended period of time.

It’s like making fresh squeezed orange juice…don’t just get a little juice out of a lot of oranges. You want to squeeze ALL the juice out of every orange!

What’s the one thing you want to improve or accomplish?

Now what’s one thing you can do today to move you closer to that goal?

*REMINDER- rinse & repeat tomorrow
