Make the most of a rainy day or a missed opportunity to get to the gym with this fat blasting bodyweight bootcamp workout.

Do the following exercises in sequence for 20 seconds each, after 60 seconds rest for 30 seconds and repeat for three complete sets (3 mins of total workout)

Wide leg sumo speed squats

Squat thrusters (bottom 1/2 of a burpee)

Mountain Runners (like mountain climbers but, front foot stays elevated)

Do the following exercises in sequence for 30 seconds each, after 90 seconds rest for 30 seconds and repeat for two complete sets (3 mins of total workout)

Shoulder width squat jumps (bring knees as high as possible)

Side to Side shuffles (hands on knees, 2-4 side shuffles right, then left, repeat)

X-Mountain Runners (like mountain climbers but, front knee goes to opposite elbow, foot stays elevated)

Do the following exercises in sequence for 60 seconds each, after 60 seconds rest for 30 seconds and repeat for one round (3 mins of total workout)

Burpees

Bicycle Crunches

V-Ups

If you are advanced, aim to complete this entire workout 3x’s,

If you are intermediate (or want to take it easy) aim to complete this entire workout 2x’s

If you are a beginner, complete this once. Don’t sell yourself short…. this is challenging. The combination of up and down, side to side and twisting moves stimulate the metabolism and nervous system. If you feel a bit shaky the first time, it’s sort of normal 🙂

Truly it’s your bodies “Fight or Flight” mechanism kicking in saying “I don’t want to die”!

It’s new stimulus and that feeling is the initial brewing of RESULTS in your belly!!
