It’s a mind game.

A challenge of toughness.

Revealing of grit and perseverance.

Test of resilience.

A measurement of will power and determination.

No, I’m not talking about fitness or transformation challenges or a mud run or even military basic training.

I’m talking about LIFE!

I’m talking about ALL OF IT.

Every day is a test. Every day is a challenge. Every day is a fight.

Some of us handle it better than others, and some of you crumble.

Which one are you?

Do you let one bad meal derail an entire day, week or month of progress?

Do you let one negative comment from a co-worker ruin your day?

Do you let a disagreement with your husband become a disagreement with everyone you encounter today?

No matter what you answered above, just know that you can change that.

You can be better.

You can be stronger.

You can overcome more.

You can move on and move forward to bettering yourself.

More than anything, that’s what I want for YOU.

In our up coming 28 day challenge, I’m going to be your safety net anytime you fall off course.

I’m going to be your reminder that you’re only 1 action step away from turning your day around.

Together we will develop better and healthier daily habits for time management, gratitude, exercise and nutrition.

YOU will carry momentum of conquering only what you can control to handle the stress and adversity of what you can not control in your day.

YOU will realize that the sum of 28 consecutive days of healthy habits will ALWAYS override the result of a few ‘oops, I messed up’ days.

YOU will realize that if you want it bad enough that some how, some way you will figure out how to squeeze at least 8 minutes of exercise into each day.

YOU will finally realize that an injured back, neck, knee, shoulder, hip, ankle, wrist, finger or toe is ONLY a limitation if you let it be.

I will ALWAYS find a body part or something for you to stay moving, burn more fat and keep you moving in the right direction every day.

This is probably the most excited I’ve ever been for the start of a transformation challenge because it fits my lifestyle to a “T”. It’s what I preach. It’s what I strive to live by.

I love forming good new habits and dropping bad old habits.

This is all about making a personal commitment to yourself. If you cannot keep a promise with yourself, wellllllllll……..

…it’s like saying how can you love anyone else if you cannot love yourself?

This is the busiest time of year for moms across America as we tackle last minute vacations, school shopping and adjusting to new schedules.

Prove to yourself that you are the STRONG, you are WORTH IT and you can DO THIS!

I know you can. I believe it. Now prove it.

SIDE NOTE: after catching myself saying “gunna” in so many of my videos last year instead of pronunciation “going to”, I held myself accountable by doing 1 burpee everytime a client or I caught myself saying “gunna” for the entire month of February. Needless to say, I use it much less frequently these days and I have an immediate mental response EVERYTIME I hear myself say it!
