Do you fear CHANGE? (overcoming the SUCK)
Do you embrace CHANGE? Sometimes you have to embrace the SUCK and know that what lies ahead is bigger, better and stronger!!
But that’s not always easy to see in the beginning. In fact, as humans when something of comfort in our life changes, it instantly causes most people anxiety.
(ex. work schedule, new co-workers, faced with a deadline, new gym routine, parenting)
Why? Think back to all of your greatest accomplishments in life…they have always come after overcoming adversity.
If you are a parent, did you know how to raise your baby as soon as you got home from the hospital or did you figure it out as you went along?
And if you aren’t a parent, I can guarantee that is EXACTLY how YOUR parents learned how to raise you!
So if we can trust that we can raise a human life under pressure and new change, why can’t we just assume that you can DOMINATE any other struggle in your life?
Because I know that you can do it.
The key is to just get started. Don’t expect to know all the answers or have everything figured out perfectly.
Success takes time to ‘figure out your path’ and so do most things worth accomplishing. It’s the journey you must appreciate before the rest falls into place.
The same goes with fitness. You just have to get started.
Don’t expect to have the perfect meal plan or exercise routine figured out before you even get started.
Just start moving, building up consistency, learning and therefore forging your own path to success.
