The number one most frustrating thing about bootcamp for me is how everyone else seems to be passing me.

I am now a veteran bootcamper as I have been coming consistently (four days a week or more) for 3.5 months.

Yet, I am still last to finish the exercises, last to get up from the ground, and still using modifications.

Have I lost weight? Yes. Have I lost inches? Tons! But, I am still the slowest and often the fattest person out there.

This is an encouragement celebration! Because you know what? I just took all of your excuses away!!

If I can keep coming, keep sweating and struggling, keep pushing every week, SO CAN YOU!!

Oh, wait, did I miss some excuses? What? You are too busy? Hmm, shall we add the fact that I have seven people and seven animals at home to take care of too?

Not enough for you? Did I mention that I am a full-time nursing student too?  With exams every week, sometimes 20 chapters a night to read (so not kidding), papers to write, etc… Hmm, where are your excuses now?

Listen, life is hard. Yes, I agree. But it is even harder when you are out of shape and hurting all the time!Tisa boot camp mom stress relief

Boot camp helps all that! It helps the body, mind, and soul. It keeps me going when I want to give up and helps me work out my stress – quite literally!

I am seriously working my butt off!! At least, that is my personal goal! LoL!

So, enough excuses. Get YOUR butt off the couch, chair, bed, whatever and get to boot camp. I guarantee you won’t regret it. I don’t.

Perfectly said, perfectly written and if a picture is worth a thousand words…then the message is clear. NO EXCUSES!

Tisa does not curse (out loud at least) so I will for her… if you’ve been putting off starting a better and healthier lifestyle, GET OFF YOUR @SS!!

If you’ve delayed starting a fitness program, GET OFF YOUR @SS!!

If you’ve delayed drinking more water, GET OFF YOUR @SS!!…and go drink some 🙂

Even my grandmother who just recently passed away was famous for saying, “I used to be FAST, Now I’m HALF-FAST!” (sounds hilarious when it’s coming from your 80 year old, old school catholic grandmother who never swears…ever!)

But the point is, no matter how old, how hurt, how tired, how stressed or ____________ (<—————-insert excuse here)…YOU CAN DO SOMETHING!!!
