If you’ve never used MyFitnessPal before, it can become a little overwhelming and daunting in the beginning without proper training.

So what I’ve decided to do is give you a ninja level lesson on how to use this amazing free app to give you the highest level of accountability.

BUT…to avoid overwhelming you I’ve decided to break up each section into an individual lesson so you tackle ‘bite-sized’ portions at a time. Because knowledge is power, but practical application is the ultimate factor of success.
