It was hard to try and talk about my experience. There is so much more to the story but I just couldn’t get it out.

I have seen what unhealthy is in my own family. From seeing my mom go from a size 8 to size 20 over the years and in pain from having excess weight and I have tried to tell her she needs to do something before its to late..

My father with diabetes and cancer (he has been cancer free for about 19 years) my oldest brother just had a gastric sleeve procedure and is doing great.

My other brother is also on the larger side and I see that lifestyle and that is not what I want for myself.

I want to be healthy I want to be able to active with my kids I want to be a size 6…I want to make myself proud!

I have tried other exercise regimes and even prescription diet pills which worked as long as I took them but as soon I stopped the weight came right back on.

I have always wanted to take the easy way out to have instant results the unhealthy way.

My husband has always been my biggest supporter even when I couldn’t see results he always tells me that the weight didn’t go on overnight and that I shouldn’t expect it to come off overnight…

He tells me I’m beautiful all the time and he says he wishes I could see what he sees when he looks at me.
