Does your family’s health history REALLY matter???

It’s almost guaranteed that this generation is…

➡️10-15% heavier than your parents
➡️ your parents are 10-15% heavier than their parents
➡️ your parents take more medication than their parents
➡️ your parents/grandparents had access to better food
➡️ YOU have access to less nutritious food
➡️ they had to walk everywhere, you sit on your butt
➡️ your hips are starting to look like your mom’s
➡️ your hairline is looking like your dad’s
➡️ you’re holding fat in the same areas as them

 

Your history is there to show you what is coming in the future to you. The difference is, you have a chance to change this!

If they have high blood pressure, start watching you or saturated fat and excess sodium intake.

If they have diabetes start eating more balanced meals with protein and fats, with less sugar.

If they have a heart condition, you better start exercising and keeping that blood flowing daily.

It is up to you to change your future and the easiest way to do that is by not repeating your past! ??
