It’s not that complicating and it’s definitely not fancy, but it works!

Consistency is the ONLY thing holding most people back.

That doesn’t just mean consistent for a couple of days or a couple of weeks. When I say consistency it means committing to things daily for the rest of your life by establishing healthy habits.
