If I would have asked you in the year 2000, 2005 or 2010 where you would be or what you’d be doing in the year 2020 you probably would’ve said that we’d have hover boards, floating cars and if we got ill we could clone new body parts.

Well 2020 is just a little over 3 months away and NONE of those things are available to you…YET.

So if you have let your health slide over the last 5, 10, 20 years then it’s time to start over, start fresh and work on YOU during the 2020 Fitness Project so that you go into 2020 in better health than you are today.

What you’ll get…

The 2020 Fitness Project is a 6 week fitness and nutrition coaching program that is broken into 3, two week phases to gradually implement ridiculously easy to use strategies into your daily lifestyle.

?️? Nutrition Plan-

  • Plug and Play daily menus, you pick your FAVORITE FOODS from the approved list so there is NO GUESSWORK
  • 4 CHEAT MEALS incorporated into the first 5 weeks
  • You’ll eat CARBS the entire 6 weeks
  • Approved SNACK list and delicious SMOOTHIE recipes

???‍♀️ Exercise Plan-

  • 3 phase system- WORKOUTS, CARDIO & STUBBORN body part attack
  • Modifications for all previous INJURIES
  • Progressions for all ABILITY LEVELS
  • Choice of home, gym or bootcamp workouts

?? Coaching & Support Plan-

  • Access to the LiveFit private Facebook support page for recipes, suggestions, private content and important ‘need to knows’
  • Weekly live coaching meeting with Derek with a new topic each week
  • Accountability check-in texts if you miss workouts
  • Text 24/7 to get your questions answered by Derek or Ashley

What is the cost…

Since everyone’s schedules, goals, budgets and needs are different, the 2020 Fitness Project will offer 3 different levels.

All 3 levels will include the EXACT same content and support tools listed above, but your access to working hands-on with our trainers at LiveFit will vary.

The complete 6 week program will be:

  • $49 for those training on their own at home or a local gym
  • $99 for those training with us at LiveFit up to 3x per week
  • $199 for those who want unlimited access to working directly with our trainers at LiveFit as often as they’d like

As with all of our transformation challenges, all of our current clients on the unlimited plan (LiveFit Pro or LiveFit Elite) are included for FREE 🙂

When does it begin…

The initial measurements, program orientation and payment for your registration is during the 1st week of October.

The workouts, meal plan, accountability meetings and make-up measurements begin the 2nd week of October.

Everyone who is accepted into the program will be contacted with an exact schedule of dates to know.
