I came across LiveFit Bootcamp web site and was excited with what I read and the pictures I saw. Smaller groups; intense workouts. Looked good to me; free two week trial; can’t go wrong with that offer.

My initial thought was to attend every other day – don’t over do it – bad back, bad hips…..

That did not work out too well.

Within a few days I was doing it everyday; everyday became back to back sessions pushing and sweating until there was no more sweat in me. I was hooked. The trainers saw my growth and determination and pushed me a little more each day.

When I conquered the tire flip, I was like “take that you flippin tire!”

Every single day, the workout was different, challenging and rewarding. There is no greater feeling than completing a challenging workout session; pushing as hard as you can and feeling like you conquered the world.

I have defined arms, and for the first time in forever, I have (almost) abs!!!
