What got me started going to LiveFit was when I woke up one morning and saw myself in the mirror and finally noticed how big and unhealthy I let myself become.

Paige has dropped 26 pounds of fat, 12% body fat and over 15″ from her belly, hips and right thigh in just 11 weeks!

My clothes didn’t fit anymore and I was making everyone at home miserable because I was so unhappy with myself. This is when I decided to do something about it.

I have been wanting to come try bootcamp for a very long time but always keep putting it off or would find a reason not to go. I finally had enough and said to myself I am doing this.

But yet again I was scared to go alone I was scared people would judge me or make fun of me for doing something wrong so I put it off again. But Taylor (my daughter) said that she would come with me so I wouldn’t be alone and do it also. This is when I decided to go that Monday night and we have been going every since.

My personal victory was walking into the LiveFit doors and doing a workout, I knew it was going to be hard but I was going to do it.

As soon as Taylor and I walked in people came right up and made us feel like we have been there forever. They introduced themselves asked if we were new and explained actually what we needed to do to get started. This is when Taylor and I knew this is were we are going to join. Goals that I have accomplished from joining I would have to say is being able day by day to get better at the different workouts we do and I am getting stronger and stronger as the days go.

I cant believe the weight I have lost already in just 3- 1/2 months. I have gone from a size 17 to a size 8-9.

I am still in shock!

My future goals are being able to get down a little bit more and fitting into some of my old clothes that I have been hanging on to. I also would like to get though a workout without stopping for a second to rest real fast.

I would tell someone that was thinking about coming to come try it. I would explain to them on what an incredible group of people are here and how we are not just friends we are a family and we help one another here there is no judging a person on what they can or cant do.

We all have been in their shoes as first timers and we know how hard that is, but they are taking the first step and we are all here to help them overcome their fears and start living a healthier life.

I can’t express how much I love my LiveFit family and thank everyone for making Taylor and I feel welcomed from day one.

I am also excited to see what my results will be from the Little Black Dress that I am getting ready to start with Sara. I am SO excited about that. I cant wait to see what the future holds for Taylor and I and our Live Fit journey. We will be here for a very long time=)

Taylor has dropped an amazing 18 pounds of fat, over 10% body fat and 8 inches from her belly, hips and right thigh in just 11 weeks!

I remember the first day my mother and I went to bootcamp we were so scared that people were gonna judge us. But when we got there everyone was so welcoming and we felt so comfortable!

I loved it, after that day I kid you not, it was an obsession!

I had some struggles here and there like eating right, that was the hardest thing.

I remember when I first started I saw people doing double workouts back-to-back and I would just look at my mom like “OMG how are they doing that???” Family bootcamp transformation live fit

Now a little over 3 months in, I’m doing doubles! Anything is possible!!

I love LiveFit so much because not only am I there for working out but people there are just so friendly and so motivating!

I would like to thank everyone at LiveFit for pushing me through the workouts and motivating me to do double workouts, especially the amazing trainers!

I believe everyone should do little for themselves because if you’re always worried about other people how are you ever gonna be able to do anything for yourself?? It’s such a great feeling when people notice the difference and how good you look! Thank you everyone that supported me through this!!

I can tell you that joining LiveFit was the best decision I’ve ever made, it makes me feel so good about myself!
