If I had a dollar for every time that someone told me that they are fat, I would be a rich man.

You see the thing is we all have fat on our bodies but that does not make us fat.

I have hair on my body, that doesn’t make me hair.

That is just a part of you just as much as all the other things that make up each individual person on this planet.

When it comes to health, knowing how much fat you are carrying around daily is extremely important to your success.

If I asked you right now how much fat you have on your body, do you know?

More likely than not, you do not. Why? muscle vs fat one pound weight loss

I bet you know how much you weigh on the scale. Am I right?

What goes into the weight that is on the scale? Bones, muscles, skin, organs, water, gravity and so much more plays into that dreaded number.

Out of all those things though, which makes you most unhealthy? Fat duh!

Now what if you took your undivided focus into burning as much fat as possible while ensuring that every other part of your body is healthy and nourished?

Wouldn’t that simplify things a bit?

What if your only focus was to feed your muscles and starve your fat?

The answer at the end of that question is your ultimate success.

F the scale.

F your friend or neighbors opinion.

F your doctor who says that your BMI is too high.

F anything that stands in your way!!
